Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
