Is Circulon cookware dishwasher safe and induction compatible?
Most of our modern collections, including Circulon SteelShield and Symmetry, are dishwasher safe. Many of our ranges are also designed with stainless steel bases making them suitable for all stovetops, including induction. Please check the specific product specifications for individual item details.
What is your shipping policy and how long will delivery take?
We offer standard shipping across the continental U.S., typically delivering within 3-7 business days. Orders over a certain threshold qualify for free shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How do I claim a warranty for my cookware?
Circulon stands behind its products with a Hassle-Free Lifetime Guarantee. If your cookware exhibits defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use, you can submit a claim through our online Warranty Support center with photos of the issue.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
